Actual caloric intake will differ by the individual but I'll probably track my first couple of weeks in FitDay to make sure I'm getting enough to eat. Haven't decided on a ratio for carbs/protein/fat. Typically I go 40/30/30 but may drop the carbs a little and beef up the protein (sorry for that pun). Will pop my stats into the Mifflin-St Jeor formula (

Side note: got 2 out of 3 of buddies so far to commit to 10-10 . Not starting until Mon so we'll see if they wuss out by then.
