Dang, I just saw your post then! Did you edit it or something?
Anyway, I\'ve switched around the deadlift and power cleans.
I was doing Pull-ups, but I\'ve sold my chinup/dip thingo, so can\'t do those anymore - (thats why i modified the program).
As for triceps work, I don\'t think its necessary - never seemed to do anything for me, and all i can do it barbell/dumbbell extensions anyway - although I\'d like to try some rack lockouts or something next year when i join a gym.
