Thanks Mindpower,

I pretty much took 5-10lbs of most lifts, and lowered the reps, - I just took 3 weeks off lifting. This should make sure I can make some good progress over the next 6 weeks or so!

Goal: 235kg/150kg/255kg total 640kg @ 82.5kg in a 2008 PL meet!
