Well, I have some ideas now, I just need to throw em all in a hat and pick em out to create my workouts

. Kind of been putting it off under the guise of studying for my tests this week but truthfully I haven't been studying either.
I think before I do anything I need to find that spark, that drive to workout that I have lost. It is one thing to say you want to do something it is quite another to actually do it.
Once I will draw up a workout I will post it up.
