Upper Body - Max Strength
A) Thick Bar Bench Press 3x3 @135
B1) Alternating Incline DB Press 2x6 @50
B2) One-Arm DB Row 2x6 @ 70
C1) Neutral Grip Seated Row 2x10 @ band quadrupled up
C2) Woodchop 2x10/side @ band
Low volume. I pushed it with the DBs and Rows. Felt good. Pretty simple. Peace out for now.
