Hmm, I'm not Bill or Julie but in light of no doctor's appointment...

Stand up straight and pin your elbow to your side. Then rotate your arm out, palm facing in (so the back of your hand leads the rotation). Keep your traps out of it (in other words, don't shrug; keep your shoulders down). Keep your elbow in, and rotate as far as you can (or until it starts to hurt). How does this feel?

*Note I'm not a doctor or a PT or an ART guy... I've just run across this a few times with clients, so feel free to ignore this and wait for the doctor if you don't like this suggestion!
