Default Painful Shoulder Problem

Hello all--another shoulder question I hope you can answer for me.

Just stared working out seriously for the last 2 months (big compound movements to gain muscle, Im a skinny guy.) About 7 months ago I had started to work out and got the same pain but ignored the injury (of course this made it even worse.I had to stop working out and pain went away.) The injury just happened again 4 days ago while benching.

When I Bech it stings bad on the right shoulder. I'm hoping someone can tell me how to fix this so that I can keep working out and getting bigger and stronger.

1. What were you doing when you first injured the shoulder? (ie what exercise, or something outside the gym) Bech Press

2. Is there pain at rest or only when you do the pressing movements? Sharp pain when pressing, but sometimes randomly while sitting\driving

3. Does the pain hurt locally in the shoulder, or does it radiate anywhere else? Just Shoulder

4. Are you able to lie on that shoulder at night? Yes

5. Does the pain keep you awake at night? No

6. Have you tried any particular stretches or exercises to alleviate? If so, which ones? Not yet- think I will start doing rows after reading the threads on this site.

7. What, if any thing, makes it feel better? Rest and relax

8. How's your posture? Probably not the best..

thanks to all in advnace for your help.
