Do not give up now, Paula! You can do this! It's a progression...that's all you have to worry about. Just do a little more than you did the last time and you've won! Did 2 circuits last time? Do 3 the next time, or 2.5 if that's all you can manage. But, the fact is, by doing even 2.5, you've done .5 more than last time. And, that means you are making improvements. Keep pushing, Paula!!!
