It's really hard to not only stay on plan while on the road, but it's really hard to make my macros while eating catered food during meetings, airplane food and hotel room service! Calories = 1350
Protein = 133g
Fat = 61g (41%)
Carbs = 13%
I'm counting this as compliant. I think I'm going to shoot for the calorie count first over the next few days and try to get as close as possible to the macros. Hope this is okay with the judges!
