Here is the way I look at this type of scenrio.

I can't think of more days then I could count on my hand that I didn't know at the beginning of the day that my workout plans were going to change due to circumstance. Very rarely does something just "happen" to where we can't workout. So if something occurs, then it is rare and who care if you were off a day you couldn't help.

Other than that though this kind of program in my opinion should keep you accountable because its so rigid. I think too much flexibility can be a bad thing. I see it a lot with the V-diet. People start going "can I add food here and here and workout this way and that?" It no longer is the program and is just a template.

Now this program has great ability to just be a template. Maybe just use the drill idea or the basic A/B set up with supersets. There are TONS of ways to apply a program like this to fit into your life. But the program is the program, it's hard and demanding and because of it you get to eat so much and get results so fast. Otherwise i's just a template and your not doing the program anymore, your are just doing "you" and just doing "you" usually means frustration and not getting the results you want which is why people like me make these programs
