Ordered the e-book the other day and it looks like another great program. I'm going to do it a few months down the road, its very well thought out, but yet it doesn't look as hard as some other stuff. It looks very doable, the mental diet thing being the hard part.
My girlfriend is looking great after a few months of training. She just finished 4 weeks of Real Fast Fat Loss by Cosgrove and yourself. She is mainly looking to lose fat and trim down, would phase I be OK and then jump her into something else? Shes already built some nice muscle, but wants to see pounds go down on the scale like most other women.
