Part of the start of my Fitness journey a year ago was doing Yoga on a fairly regular basis. I found it really helped me be more aware of my body and helped with easing some of the aches and pains I was dealing with at the time. I used the Yoga Zone videos. They were pretty good and had a range from beginner to Power Yoga. Even had a couple of relaxation ones that were pretty good.
