Off days suck. I have to eat LOW cal and HIGH protein. I'm did a little better with it than last time though. I will be doing my mobility work a little later tonight.

Off Day
Calories = 10xTBW
Protein = 1.2-1.6xTBW
Fat = whatever is left over
Carbs = LOW

My totals for the day
Calories = 1227
Protein = 166g
Fat = 34%
Carbs = 36g

Hmmm. Compliant again. Have a good weekend everyone! Enjoy your carb fest Tina! You've earned it.
