Took some measurements today because it's been a while. The #s don't show much of a change, but nonetheless:

Waist: 33.5"
Abdomen: 35.5"
Hips: 36"
Thigh: 24.75" (+2.25")
Knee: 15.5"
Calf: 15.5"
Ankle: 10"
Arm: 12.25"
Forearm: 11.5"
Wrist: 7.25"
These are from the mybodycomp.com chart. Some good gains, some not so much gains. Can't complain when I really didn't stick to a lifting plan consistently for a while. I'm really looking to change that and get into the habit where lifting becomes a part of my every day (or 4x/week) life. I know that with dedicated lifting and smart eating , I will be able to reach my goals, both for getting bigger and my
PR goals.
