Okay I back....Had a great weekend....lots of activity..
Saturday:
8 am - Poured 4.5 yds of concrete at my brothers...
11 am - Complex b: 100lbs (3 rounds)
RDL (150lbs)
Hang-clean, Front-squat, Push-press
Reverse lunges - BW + 50lbs
1 pm: watched my 9yr Daughter play in the division final in soccer...they lost...I got stung by a wasp.
Sunday: two hour hike through the forest...yup we got a forest in the middle of the city.
Monday: stretching...I'll pump out a complex this evening while my wife is at yoga.
