Did some OLing today along with some other stuff. I was thinking it would be classified as an "easier lifting" day, but it was much harder than expected so I decided to do the "hard lifting" protocol. So....

Calories = 15xTBW (1800)
Protein = 1gxTBW
Fat = 30-35% of total
Carbs = whatever is left over
My totals for the day
Calories = 1786
Protein = 123g
Fat = 32%
Carbs = 179g
