Spongy Knuckle
I've been in a few fights in my time and lately the last fight got to me a little. Ive noticed on my right hand middle knuckle it has become a little spongy and soft. Is there any exercise or treatment that will help my knuckle heal faster?
How long should I wait to start training again?
Like knuckle push-ups I get some pain now.
Is there a way to strengthen my knuckles?
