- good, hard workout. . . . squats are becoming an absolute killer for me. It's almost as if in itself squatting 3x/week is a big mental challenge. . . . . are you up to it? Its like you go into the gym and you're like shit I gotta squat again!?!. . . .LOL

. . . . . This workout has become
VERY tough to say the least. . . . I'm humbled!
- Presses were hard. . . .Rows were fairly straight to the point, I'll up those next time maybe to 105. . . . don't know.
- gonna start focusing on dynamic mobility drills in my basement, and add some incline treadmill walking. . . nothing intense, just a little extra activity.
- It's time to chill while dinner is cooking.
