Lunchtime workout. Ugh

Today's a fat loss day. Low cal, low carb. Try to burn lots of calories. I did that.

The details are unimportant, but I did a lot. The goal was to do sets of 15-20 reps in a big ol' circuit, never to failure, but 2-3 short. 3 rounds or more of each circuit (C).

C1: Hang Cleans, Narrow Pushups on bench, Goblet Squats, BB BO Rows

C2: Lunges, Mixed Grip Pulldowns, RDLs, Wide Pushups on bench

C3: Leg Extension, Standing Calf Raise, Wall Curls, GHR (but, not 20. More like 5).

I just kept doing stuff until I was outta time or energy. No rest except walking time.

Side note. 24 Hour got a GHR machine. Not the best, but it's better than the ones on the floor. I can do 5. Not good. The funny part was watching the trainers get the lightbulb over their heads. I guess they thought it was just a lame back extension machine.
