I don't think we lose conditioning that fast. My strength is okay, but not great. I haven't been eating all that well. Too much junk. Plus, not enough (or quality) sleep. I think those last two are key. Of course, it all adds up to a lack of motivation (or is that the cause?). Anyhow, the factors all add up to "blah." I'm better today. Raring to go!
