Starting Strength: Workout A
*dynamic mobility* (4-5 moves focusing on hips)
Squat: 200 x 4/4/4
(+5 lbs)
Bench: 145 x 5/4/4
(+1 rep). . . didn't feel good
DL: 210 x 5
(+ 5 lbs)
Notes:
* squats were awesome, PA I'm gunning for ya I think I see ya up there somewhere.
* bench is pathetic, I just cannot keep a solid setup. . . today I had trouble keeping my shoulders back, and the arch in my back. I'm gonna switch to DB's for a while because I don't think I'm doing my shoulders any good. maybe some light form work with after my work sets with DBs, and move back to BB bench when I've got it down.
* DL form was better, I still need to perfect it. . . or maybe I just need to improve my posterior chain strength.

Still gonna do some homework on this one.
