Todays workout was very good

Low Box Squat 45x10 135x5 225x1 235x1 for 9 sets
Seated good morning 165x8 185x8 205x8 205x8 PR
Shrugs 70x12 70x35

the dumbells at school only go up to 70 lbs so I just did a bunch of reps.
