every day, i'm going to drink a 2 liter protein concoction. It'll have:
2 liters milk (800cal)
4 scoops protein (400cal)
3-4 tbsps peanut butter (400cal)
2-3 raw eggs or egg whites (210cal)
couple scoops chocolate ice cream (150cal)
few tbsps malt powder. (100cal)
that's in addition to 3-4 other full meals. It'll come to around 2000 calories. Then over the weeks, i'll add more stuff to it. More eggs, more peanut butter, or maybe some dried skim milk powder (which is an easy way to get more calories in).
Tonight i had a big bowl of easy cowboy beans (from marunde's site):
OK boys and girls, you're gonna love this coyboy recipe. It makes a great Tupperware take anywhere meal but watch out!.... Coyboys live outside, where you should be after you eat a mess of this grub. If you don't think farts are funny then you better stay away from this one. Don't say we didn't warn you.
1-1 1/2 pounds ground beef or Stew Beef
1 red or green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can (16 ounces) baked beans
1 can (15-1/2 ounces) Great Northern beans, rinsed, drained
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup prepared steak sauce
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Brown ground beef with bell pepper and onion in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is not pink, breaking beef up into 1-inch crumbles.
Pour off drippings; season with salt and pepper.
Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
