Hey Bill,
If an individual fails the prone plank, side planks and the back extension. How would you address this issue and how would you progress them so that in one training cycle they're fit enough to pass this test? Would you use same exercises that you're testing them with such as the planks and train them, or would you approach it with something else?
Side planks and discomfort in the shoulders. I've tried using McGills' technique with the free arm over my other shoulder but it doesn't help. How would you address this issue?
