I have already completed Break In so will be starting with fat Loss I

Day 1 - Afterburn

Treadmill - 19Mins @2%incline

Bodyweight warm up
5 Mins @ 3.5mph
3X 1min@9.5mph, 2mins@4mph
5 Mins @3.5
mph

Notes

A good start to my challenge

Nutrition - Ate well, roughly 2000 - 2200 cals of clean meals
