Yeah... they do. I always sleep like a rock when I lift at night. I had to start lifting earlier so I could get to bed earlier. But with switching my lifting schedule around to morning, I don't have an option for napping.

Oh yeah. One was hunched over on the treadmill reading something

. He did like one weight exercise and then climbed onto the treadmill. The other was watching CNN on the TV.
I'm going to have to get one of my t-shirts from my shop on cafepress and wear it in
