Your body doesnt want to do either.
Dieting is a easy compared to gaining large amount of muscle for most people, sure anyone can gain 15-20lbs of muscle in a few years, but how many can gain 50? 70lbs? not many people are dedicated enough, or they loose dedication over time when progress seems to stop (happens all the damn time too

)
Whole different game that what most people are used to. But hey, I love it.. or I wouldn't be doing it! Very satisfying for me to gain 5lbs of muscle, or squat 10lbs more then last week.. Makes pain of workouts, hard to follow diet, and the whole lifestyle associated with it, worth it. Never plan on stopping.. Cant wait to see where I am at in 5 years... 10 years... 20 years etc..
