At 2500cals per day, I loose 3-4lbs per week

I started weight lifting at like 160-170lbs and my body was very happy there.. but now at who knows what (225? 230? 235? who knows I need a scale). I really need to focus on eating. It makes me poor because I like good foods. I'm not that tall either, so @ ~230lbs my body goes "FU$@ you! loose weight!!!" lol.
