I say go for FL3 while you're deciding what you're going to do re: getting access to a squat rack (gym vs. home). Once you've tackled that problem, you'll be ready to take on one of the Strength or Hypertrophy programs. That's where the real fun starts (especially with the strength programs!). Or, you may decide after FL3 that you want to try some TT programs for a while. In that case, you don't need a squat rack...just DBs and such.
You have time. It seems like you're comfortable with NROL now, so I say keep doing what you're doing and take care of your diet and you'll see some results.
