Uppercross syndrome looks something like this:



The neck (and shoulders) usually protrudes further out and cuases stress on the neck and trap muscles. The levator scap. muscle is located at the base of the neck (behind) and usually prone to tightening and joint dysfunction. I'd recommend you go with Julie recommendations.
