Meanwhile, two days later, my neck still hurts constantly (even a little while laying down)...about the same as when I first pulled it. Tomorrow I'm supposed to go back to the gym. Uppercross syndrome looks something like this:
The neck (and shoulders) usually protrudes further out and cuases stress on the neck and trap muscles. The levator scap. muscle is located at the base of the neck (behind) and usually prone to tightening and joint dysfunction. I'd recommend you go with Julie recommendations.
