Ankle Jumps 3x50
4 star drill 2x10
Alternative Walking Lunges 3x20(each leg)
Jump Squats 2x20
Line Jump 3x50
lunge jump 3x10 (each leg)
Low squat ankle jumps 3x30

i did these with 1 min rest between sets and almost died. I couldnt walk after...
