Havnt free Squatted for a long time. Weight was real light but the low bar was a little hard on my shoulders. Tried the manta-ray thing but didnt feel right at all on me. Should have no problems in the 600lbs squat range (50lbs

Lots of PRs today. Still 1/2 sick too. Cinnamon Toast crunch is the key to all strength gains, im convinced.
