Yo fellas, been a long time since I have posted..sorry, but I have been out of the pool for a bit.
I am not in anyway near the form I was, but recently (2 months ago)we did a set of 20 100's in a 50 meter pool on a 1:30 pace...I was holding 1:15-1:25....so that is what between 38 and 43 seconds per 50.
Milk, you must churn some serious waves when training.
