Comments:
-Really good workout, all the lifts are increasing every week,
-DB bench going well, I expect I'll be pressing 80's pretty soon
-No workout this Friday(most likely), going on a school ski trip, so ill be gone from 4am to 10pm ish, I'll lift when I get back if I have the energy... Otherwise I'll lift on saturday
