You know that is typically my problem too. I first started by counting cals, lost 10-12 lbs in about 2 months or so then I just fell off! Went to carb cycling which was just too hard for me. I was always craving carbs and my off days were just HORRIBLE. It got so bad I wanted to just go to sleep so that I wouldn't have to think about it. Now that my friend is no way to live. SOOOO After gaining back oh say 5-7 of them lbs I was feeling a little frumpy and came across the Adam's diet. Did that for 2 days and saw the TNT diet. Thats where I stand now. 3rd day of TNT and am absolutely loving it. Have you tried it?? Go take a look at (sorry I don't know how to make it a short link. maybe you could help with that)
