5. Plank Rotations 20x/20x
6. Cheat Reverse Curl 95x6/95x5 (right thumb pain)
7. Snatch Grip Uprights 115x8/115x10
8. BB 1Arm Jammers 115x12/115x12
Numbers didn't look too good today and the form was getting a bit sloppy on the 2nd set. I didn't continue to 3rd set. Happy with increased hip/ankle mobility.
