Week3 Day4 (the real day 4)
Screwed up the days a bit:
I was able to use a large baseball field today. Hot and humid as hell on a bad day. 15 Minute workout looked like this:
A-Drills 20yds
Cycle steps
Buttkickers
Heel Bounds
Ankle hops
Lateral Ankle hops
1Leg ankle hop over object
1Leg Lateral Bounds
Sweating buckets
