Yes, I'm definitely running - the very first time I did 6.0 I felt kind of out of control, but subsequent sessions last week removed that concern. Thanks for the advice re: the incline, I was thinking of using that as a variation, like having a high speed day, a high incline day etc...
Speaking of new programs, I start Fat Loss II today. The week off has given me the desire to want to lift again (as well as having put on some unwanted weight). This time I'm hoping to get down to, and get well past 236, a weight I'd been at for months... But the difference is now I'll be bringing my A-game - the one that's allowed me to make progress in the past (more discipline regarding food choices as well as sticking to my workout schedule). In that sense I feel cautiously optimistic at this point, but I'll see for sure once I tackle FL2A today.
