I'm feeling a lot better about me now...about the choices i'm making. I don't feel as stressed as i use to feel. I make a plan everyday and stick to it most of the time..and when i don't i forgive myself. The only rule i have with myself everyday is no candy..only clean food...ok and gum..but i have to have something..and if i eat more than i log i figure that's ok...it's good for you food..like yesterday i had a tbsp more peanut butter and guess what..the world didn't end..so here's the meal plan for today..

40g oats,2 egg whits,berries,1/2 protein

Salad,4ozs salmon,tomatoes(from my garden),onion,1tbsp olive oil,1tbsp balsalmic vineager
