Thorns - not going to make most of my goals by the end of the challenge
Roses - im getting close to some of my goals, making some really good progress.

Current Lifts- BW = 190lbs
- Deadlift = 400lbs
- Squat = 243lbs
- Bench = 237lbs----->>>Now 253lbs (half way through)
- Chinup 3rm = 223lbs
- Broad Jump = 85 inches
