Thorn: There is no way I am going to make my weight loss goal for the challenge unless I use a knife.

Roses: I have had a great time reading folks logs and I have managed to lose some weight during a time that I typically would have gained a few # or stayed the same. June and July are like party central here for Birthdays, Parties and Festivals. Now I have State Fair coming up. Now that is a challenge.
