People fail because they are relying on will power, persistence, and hard work. These are all operating on the conscious level whereas almost all of our behaviors and perceptions are under the control of our sub conscious mind (~96-98%).
Doesn't it make sense to train that which controls 96-98% of what we do instead of relying on what controls 2-4% (conscious mind)?
