^^^ great post Roland, didn't realise we were so close to the end.
Thorn - Just realised how far we have come since beginning - I've changed a lot of things e.g getting a new job but the body composition hasn't shifted enough in the time.
Rose - Started the new job this week
- at one of the breaks in training I busted out my Protein shake - one guy asked me what is was and why I took it, and the rest of the room were interested and also asked me questions. It was at that time I realised how much i've learnt from this over the past few years as I held their interst for a good 10 - 15 mins of fitness and nutrition
