Okay, everyone. Home stretch. We're down to 14 days left!
For those of you still motivated, I'm very impressed. I've gone through some ups and downs the past few weeks, including a move and a vacation. It's so easy to let things slip and slide during times like that. I wish I had a tad more willpower...
By and large, I managed to eat very well during the 1st half of each day, but dinners (and desserts) with the relatives often challenged the 2nd half of each day. Ah, well... I've been good since I got back. Very good.
To be honest, willpower is an issue. But, getting to the gym was also an issue. Two kids, a roadtrip, moving, and no sitters means home workouts in limited time. Without an actual plan (my own fault...), it was hard to be motivated to bodyweight my way into a workout each day. Again, my own fault.
Well, I just purchased Zach Even-Esh's "
REAL Man Fitness" program, and it will be going to one lucky Challenge winner.
It's a great, mostly body weight program, that lets you squeeze in a workout in about 15 minutes with just your own bod, maybe a playground or a chinup bar, or even just one dumbbell. Come on. One dumbbell? Who can't get one of those at a garage sale or sporting goods store. It's just one!
I know, the name is "REAL Man Fitness," but this is a great program for busy women, too. In my neighborhood, I watch women "stroll" by on their powerwalks, every single day. Well, they should be taking less time and seeing more action with a program like Zach's.
So, while many of you might be wishing you had a program like this 47 days ago, you didn't. Neither did I. But, someone will, in about 14 more days. There's always a new challenge, right?
14 days. Week 7. Let's go!
