wow, thanks for asking Tina. I think it is coming along. Since the 4th, I've tried something different . Instead of going back to a full workout, even with light weights, I've instead been trying just 1 lift a day - about 3 sets of 8-10 (but light, like I'd use for 12-15 reps) and then see the next day if I've caused it to flare up or not. so far, so good.
I've done planks, pulldowns, step ups & tonight pushups (on an incline not the floor). Haven't tried aanything that requires a lot of stabilizing with load (db rows, unilateral stuff) but at least I'm doing some sort of resistance work and not reaggravating it each day. I wouldn't call it working out exactly, but it is more than the rest I had been doing.
the dogs have appreciated the extra walks though.
