Default ?? Pac Choi, Tah Tsai mustard??

Usually I make my large vats of chicken soup with egg plant and curry, or cauliflower and farm style seasoning. Yesterday I added Pac Choi (NOT Bak Choi) and Tak Tsai from my garden. I keep thinking I should grow and like them. The second part, liking them never comes. We all demurred. But I will eat all of it for 1st breakfasts. (2nd breakfast with eggs with wife).

Question: is there any spice or herb that makes Pac Choi and Tak Tsai taste good. Mustard, curry, ketchup, soy sauce, sesame oil? I will experiment, it is a huge pot of soup, but no need to re-invent that wheel is someone knows.
