First of all, I have to agree with Frank. Lower cals and see what happens. Slow and steady progress..

But...if you're set on doing this "program", it looks fine. Nothing super new, I've seen these depletion/carb refeed programs before...this kinda reminds me of lyle mcdonald's "ultimate diet 2"...I'm sure it will work, but don't expect to get shredded in 3 weeks.
