Rose - Had an awesome weekend with a group of close friends I see very rarely. Food was really good and nutritious, despite the fact that a couple vegetarians were put in charge of our meals.

Also I've been staying with some friends who understand the importance of eating well, so that helps.

Thorn - despite the opportunities to eat well, there are still potatoes, bread and desserts everywhere and yeah, I've eaten some. The weekend was also especially tiring and I ended up collapsing in bed Saturday night and missing an evening mobility session.
