hams dont really feel tight, thought, that doesnt mean they are not.
Glute activation is something im working on, it used to be really bad, but its alot better now, if i get sore anywhere from squats, its my glutes, i know soreness is not an indicator of a good workout, but atleast that means they are doing their job, right?
