Comments:
-another interesting workout. I like these workouts as they are in-and out. 40 minutes tops.
-I can see how this is gonna get harder and harder. This was a bit tougher as I was sore from yesterday.
-I can't get to they gym tommorow, but I can workout at home as its the light day(20ish reps per set). I have a pullup bar and some DBs, so I'll manage.
